I am an accredited Life Coach and Master Coach Licensee with New Insights Life Coaching and have focused much of my continued professional development on leadership, executive and business coaching in addition to expanding my understanding of the philosophies and science of human development and peak performance.
I have over 13 years experience working in the Leisure and Health and Fitness Industry where I progressed through key roles in programming, training and development, management and executive management and business development.
I help my clients to understand just how much they have the power and ability to influence their careers and their organisations. Armed with this knowledge there is little they cannot achieve.
