I was living a great life travelling the world for 34 years. Because of the experience that I acquired over the years I became the guy that gave the advice and told the stories of the gone by legends. I was attracted to coaching and found Yvette who has helped me through to achieving a high distinction in my coaching exams.
I would never consider swapping Yvette for anyone. We've got along great. When ever I get overwhelmed I call Yvette and she helps me to sort it out. She is so laid back and methodical. She can put things over in a really methodical way and uses examples that makes things really easy to understand.

Before I started coaching I was working in manufacturing and I didn’t like it. I found coaching when I was searching for something to help me deal with things that were happening in my life. I decided I wanted to be a coach but I am from Norway and I was worried about how I would cope with doing a course in English. Something happened in my life that was really holding me back and feeling angry was taking up a lot of my time and energy. Yvette picked up on this in our first session and she encouraged me to continue with some coaching as it might help. It has helped me a hell of a lot.
I was really just looking for what to do after being made redundant. I had a vague idea about what I wanted to do but coaching helped me to focus on exactly what I wanted. It has given me the confidence that things are attainable as well as helping me to get rid of the baggage that wasn’t helping me.

Coaching has turned my ideas into goals and plans and has given me a realm sense of direction. My new self-confidence means that I can see myself achieving things which I just couldn’t see before. I now go to courses and networking events and actually talk to people rather than sitting in a corner.
Without coaching I would not be where I am today and I wouldn’t have made the progress I have made as quickly or as easily. I think it would have been a far more painful journey. Now I am in a position of setting up my own business and for that I am eternally grateful.
